Anti-Money Laundering Program Compliance Policy and Oversight Procedures

1. Company policy Langsheng Exchange Inc. prohibits and actively prevents money laundering, as well as the promotion of money laundering, terrorist financing, and criminal activities, in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and all applicable regulatory requirements implementing regulations. 2.
